All Lauds lienated from the Crown after the coming ate operation of "The Land Transfer A . 187U," are subject to, and must bedea with, in manner prescribed by <jhe Act. These tsljarges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasuiui'h as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Api-lkaut in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the laud registered under the Act in his owu name, and tue fe?s may remain uup until ajd is dealt with. Ar.y i-erson, therefore, who wishes to briuu | his land under the provisions of the Act, jg order that whenever he deals with it ho may bo in a position to avail himself of the facilities ail'orded by having a Kegistercd Title, can do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain uupaid until l such dealing takes place. He will then bo in a position to Alorlgage, Transier, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at a moment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may Ibe investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title is rei jected al fees are returned, with the exception I ol lie rent.
