Entrances for the Boatman's Handicap mast be sent in to the Secretary, Boatman's on or before February 15th. Handicaps to be declared Ist March. Acceptances must be paid en 15th March. Six entries for each of theso events or no race. Westling, 6 entries or no event. All other events 4 entries er no event. All disputes to be settled by the Stewards whose decision will be final.
