This ground has just beeu applied for under the name of the Dteadi.ou<ht Company, the former lease (the Souvenir.) having been Kancelleil. A splendid antimony lode is exj-os^d «>.: the sui-face of the lease, which arco>d ing to the assay* of Professor Black yields the highest percentage of anti mony of any known lode iu New Zealand. The ore b^in^ of such a quality as, in Professor Black's opinion, to justify its being shipped in it* native state to London. The property ia therefore an undoubtedly valuable one.
