VENUS EXTENDED.
The winze has now been carried down a depth of 54ft on the reef, which at the present time shows a thickness os 3ft 6in of clean stone in the bottom of the winze, and carries good gold. This property adjoins the Golden Fleece ground, and according to the present prospects, and the extent of stone already proved to exist, bids to repeat the history of the old Golden Fleece in its palmy days.
