During the voyage one death occurred. The troops are in excellent health aud spirits: The Arab is expected to reach Sydney on Sunday, June 21st. Adelaide, 12. In consequence of th«§ passing of the no-confidence motion in the Assembly the Ministry have resigned. The Hon. J. W. Downes, the mover of the vote has br-en charged with the formation of a new Ministry. Sydney, 12. The Australasian Steam Navigation Company's s.s. Cohors, which was wrecked yesterday, was uninsured. The loss is estimated at £42,000. Heavy rain has set in throughout the Colony, and the drought is practically ended. Lojtdon, 12. The Queen is expected to leave ; Balmoral for Windsor immediately. Tenders for a loan of £ 100.000. at 4 per cent., tor the Grey mouth Harbor Board, were opened to day, when the total amouut tendered for was found to be £276,003. Tenders at £95 10s will receive 36 percent, of the application, and above that in full. Tenders for the Westport Harbor loan of £150,000, at 4 per ceut., were ulso opened. The amount of the subscriptions was £302,000. Tenders for the latter at £95 10a will receive 98 per cent, and above that sum in full. Received June 13, 1.15 a.m. London, 10. Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriters Association. Arrived — Aukshore, from Timaru, Feb. 26. Sydnky, 12. The Union Company's Tekapo arrived here last night. A telegram has been received from Albany to the effect that the veterenary surgeon, Willows, of the Contingent died, and was burried'at sea. The telegram further states that nineteen men are invalided. The formal recep« tion of the troops will take place on Monday week, 22nd inst. ' Received June 13, 1.40 a.m. London, 12. The Times this morning states that Her Majesty the Queen has declined to accept the resignation of Mr Gladstone and his colleagues, without being furnished with further reasons for their retirement. A large number of people assembled at, the local Court house when the stair-case of the building suddenly ctf lapsed, precipitating the oucjpants to the ground. Fully 200 persons are known to have been kill or serioasly injured by the disaster. - Madrid, 12.
