I think that if he would attend a little closer to getting useless yelping ears registered, and seeing that miners (not only Chinese), take out miners rights, and attend properly to the collection «if the rates, he will hare quite enough to d«», if he does it properly, without competing with the outside public I am etc. _ m , £nquiub.
