The chief alterations to the tiill and in so far as applicable to the Reefton and Buller districts may be summarised as follows : — 1. Contributions to hospitals and charitable aid are to be levied from the various contributing local bodies, according to rateable value of property, and not as at first proposed aMgl'dhtg to population. 2. *Ttre districts as defined in tlie schedule to the Act are retained for the purpose of charitable aid contributions, but the hospital districts have been subdivided. The Buller and Inangahua, while forming part of Nelson charitable aid district, with the Counties of Waimea, Collingwoodand the borough of Nelson, -arc "formed into separate hospital districts, the County of Buller and borough of Westport forming one hospital district for the support of the Westport hospital, whilst tlie County of Inangahua is constituted as a hospital district by itseif",. the.
