Fifteen-head Battery, Engine, Boiler, Battery-house, and other articles specified in the inventory. Lot 2. Portable Winding Engine, with Poppet Heads, Cages, Wire, Ropes, Tanks, &c, Lot 3. 2 Air Compressors, 1 Air Receiver, 2 Rock Borers with Poles, and about 2452 feet of Piping. Lot 4. 1 Diamond Rock Drill and Fixings. Lot 5. 1 Lathe and Tools. Lot 6. 1 Air Winch, Brackets and Rope. Lot 7. The Company's Special Claim, consisting of 35 acres 3 roods 38 perches, and two adjoining leases, comprising 30 acres 1 rood 31 perches. Lot 8. The Mining Plant, Stores &c., (more or less) as described in the inventory. Tenderers to state price separately for each lot or for the Property as a whole in one lot TERMS cash for each separate lot or for the wholo, one third cash, balance in approved hills in equal amounts at two, four, and six months.
