EUREKA.
It is a pity that this compauy's shaft is not working, as it is capable of winding for all the adjoiniog mines, and at a more economical rate of haulage than it is possible for any one Company to effect on their own account. The level now sunk is about 160 feet below the lowest workings of the Welcome. It is, however, to be hoped the enterprising shareholders will shortly be able to resume the further prospecting of their property.
