REEFTON HOSPITAL.

A meeting of the Reefton Hospital Commit toe was held nt Stevenson's Hotel on Wednesday, November 4th, 1885. Present : Messrs G. B. Shepherd (Chair)' Bowman, Beeuhe, Crai«r, Connolly, King, Patterson and Williams. The minute* of the previous meeting were lead Hiid confirmed. The Surgeon Superintendent's report was -end and adopted. Visitmsj Committee reported every thing satisfactory at the Hospital. The discussion on the Hospital and Charitable Aid Bill, 1885, was resumed it was then Proposed by Mr King seconded by Mr Beet-he and carried — That the Committee make the necessary application to the Governor to have the Keefton Hospital made a " Separate Institution " under the Hospital and Charitable Aid Act. 1885. The Secretary was instructed to carry out the wishes of the Committee by forwarding the necessary documents to the Governor and District Board. Visiting Committee — Messrs King, Twohlll and Williams.
