A meeting of creditors in this e«fate was held on Monday la*t. At the office of the company. Fom creditors were present, Mr R. Oxley being in the cbair. A statement of the affairs of th* company was submitted showing the liabilities involved to be about £80, with some £00 of ontstauding calls. The register showed a good list of available i»harehohWs,inclndiiig several prominent Reefton andDunedhmpecu fetor*. Mr G. Wise whs appointed Itqnidator, and Mr T. North was appointed solicitor to the liquidation.
