IN conformity with the 87th section of "The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations made under that Act for the granting of leases for ' gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease , of Crown lands for gold-mining purposes to the applicant specified in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall oe valid objections against such lease. Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, I mnst be. made in writing, and lodged with the Warden at Reefton, on or before the 17th day of March, 1886.
