ELECTION OF HOSPITAL TRUSTEES.
(To the Editor, iNA.vaAHUA'TiME*.) Sib— Kindly permit mo through the medium of your valuable journal to thank those gentlemen who recorded the 38 votes on my behalf at the meeting lield at the Council Chambers oil the evening cf the 10th inst.. for the election of Hospital Trustees for the ensuing year. Since the last meeting [have heard many expressions of regret from all sides, at my not being returned as a Trustee, particularly from my late colleagues, because during my late term of office, I had displayed more zeal in furthering the interests of the institution than they had. For this feeling of confidence I sincerely thank them, but consider it somewhat undeserved, inasmuch as all I did was only what I promised to do at the time I was elected, viz., my duty faithfully and im partially towards the institution. I am, yours, etc., C. B. Klso. Roefton, March, 14th, 1886.
