When the Title consists of a Grant, dated on or subsequent to the 28th December, 1841, none of the land iucluded in which has been dealt with— Where the Certificate of tit is directed to issue iu tne name of the A lplicant: Value of land £100 Dull 2 Where the Certificate of title is directed to issue in the name of the Purchaser: Value of land *100 1 10 0 These charge* are increased bj 4a 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. 2. When the Applicant is the original Grantee, and the land has been dealt with | or where the Applicant is not the original Grantee— Where the value of tbe land is £100 £2 14 2 Where the value of the land £200 3 3 Where the value of the land is £30 3 18 6 Where the value of the land is £400 4 18 Where tho value of land is above £400, the tees ncreaee at the rate of 4a 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £IUO in value. Those charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmucß as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of iitie to issue in the names of any other persons.
