TYR CONNELL.
The directors in this mine met on Wednesday last and accepted tenders for conveyance of stone from the mine to the Croesus battery, Messrs Campbell and Reams were the successful tenderers at 16/- per ton. It is anticipated that about 40 tons will be sent to the mill, and crushing will be commenced anont the end of the present mouth.
