TENDERS are invited by the Borough of Queenstown for leasing the abovementioned four sections for a term of twenty-one years with option of renewal for other 21 years. Half valuation for permanent improvements to be paid by the incoming tenant to the then outgoing tenant provided that the property does not fall back into the hands of the Corporation, in which case nothing will be allowed for improvements. Buildings to be insured in tbe name of the Corporation. No trees to be removed without the sanction of the Council.
