Total value of Mile Handicap, £40. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations with money eaclosed for Nos. 3, 10, and 15 must be m tha hands of the Secretary or reach Blenheim P O. on or before Tuesday, February 21st, or ha made to the Secretary between the hours of 7 and 9 p.m. on the same day at schoolroom, Maxwell Road. N.B.— Ail nominators must send m their last two years 1 performances up to date of nominations. 2. Nominations for Nos. 1, 8, 9, must be made m like manner by 9 p.m. on Monday, 13th March. ' 3 Tha decision of the Committee shall be final m deciding all points m connection with the carrying out of this programme. 4. Handicaps will be deolared on Monday, February 27th. 5. The acceptances for Nos. 3, 10 and 15, •with, colors of the competitors, 'will be received until 9 p.m. on Monday, March 13th. 6. Three Competitors to start or no j event; four to start or no third prize (Champion race excepted). 7. All competitors must be on the mark at appointed time for each event, and anyone not answering the starter or judges call may be disqualified. 8. The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor either before or after the event to make a declaration as to his identity, or the correctness of his performances. 9. Any race may be run off m beats at the discretion of the Committee; all hundred yard races will be run between tha tapes, 10. Competitors leaving their marks before the pistol is fired, will be put back one yard for each offence ;. snap cap no start. 11. Any competitor found jostling will be immediately disqualified.. 12. St Patrick's Grand Handicap will be decided by points; first 5 points, second 3 points, and third 2 points. 13. All protests must be made without delay and must ba accompanied with a deposit of 103, which will be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. . : 14. No persons but the competitors and Committee will be admitted into the ring. The Hibernian Brass Band will be m attendance and will play selections during the day.
