UNIONIST CELEBRATION IN DUBLIN.

At a great Unionist celebration m Dublin, Lord Ashbourne declared his party was confident, and denounced Mr Morley's reoont action m regard to Ireland.

The Bank rate of discount was reduced as a concession to the London Joint-stock Banks, which were losing money on deposits, through allowing interest of only one-half per cent below the minimum.
