NEW YORK, April' 7. Ninety German ships have been -seized. The German vessels seized total C 30,000 tons. They may bo used as transports. Two thousand sailorsi have betai interned. Tlie naval mobilisation affects 361 *!iips. including twelve first line and twenty-five second line battleships'. Seventy suspected spies have bea« arrested, and thousands are under surveillance.
