AMERICAN VICE-CONSUL AT GHENT ARRESTED.
LONDON, April 7. Amsterdam reports that the Germans have arrested Mr Vanhee, American Vice-Consul at Ghent, who was .engaged' in relief work, and sent him to Germany.
