YUMIDEN, April 6. A German submarine torpedoed without warning, twelve miles off Scheveningen, the. Belgian relief steamer Trevieo, from New York ;to Rotterdam, with a- cargo of . grain. Twenty-four of the crew were brought to Yumiden. Eight were wounded ovvmg to the submarine, shelling the boats. . :
