, The Kranz trial disclosures are causing popular \mrest, also indignation and discontent amongst financial circles. When the Hungarian Parliament re-assembles it will discuss the trial, also suffrage reform. The Vossische Zeitung's Vienna correspondent says that Austria's political atmosphere, created by l past absolutism, needs a thorough cleansing. Dutch ~ frontier n4ws reports re^ newed fighting at Barmen and Elberfeld. Shops were damaged and the Town Hall windows were smashed.
The Vorwaerts says that new regulations, operative on the 15th, reducing the bread fation, are caxising increasing tension. ; The paper urges patience till the harvest.
