The Press ■ Bureau reports:—Tho Woolwich arsenal workers sent the following message to the munitionworkers in itussia,.:;— "Comrades 1 Now you have overthrown the autocracy "we know that we will win. Let us all work hard to. help our brothers in the trenches,. whose sacrifices are becoming greater every hour. Work may save lives ancL idleness may mean murder.
