DISSOLUTION OF WORKMEN'S

COMMITTEE.

(United SevTrice.) (Received April 13, 9.50 p.m.) PETROGRAD, April 12. Deputations from the armies arrived and demanded the dissolution of the Workmen's Committee, declaring that -it was undermining discipline. M. Criedzke replied, that the committee was necessary 'in order to secure the full programme of the democratic resolution.

The deputation issued n proclamation emphasising the. army's firm attitude.
