Intelligence is to band from Antananarivo that a French eunboat ■ had•' arrived at Tamatave, chief port of Madagascar, and that four other war vessels have gone to ports on the ITorth West Coast, whi h are claimed by the French. The Malagasees are very much excited at this step on the part of France, and are preparing for war.
