THIS DAY. i (Before JudgeHAjipoASTii.iD) ; The case against John Jackson, ( for obtaining the sum of £10 from J. Fenton, of the Royal Hotel, by means of a bill, of exohange, the first of which had : already 'been' 1 paid; occupied the Court the whole forenoon to~day. \' The accused,.^^ who, : ,waß. J defended:by Mr Hawkins, was found guilty, and sentenced id six-mbnths' imprispjauient with hard labour. ;■ Bankruptcy and probate busines^ was to be taken m the afternoon. \
