Malcolm, Flyger, & Co.
A meeting of the creditors of Messrs Flyger, MalißQim and Gillett, of Wellington and Palmerston, was held on Monday noon at Messrs Buller and Gaily V office, Mr J. Kirton m, the chair. After some discussion, itlwas proposed by Mr -Beauchamp, and seconded by Mr Burrett, that Messrs Flyger, >Malcolm.andvi9illet a3Bigrißd their:estate to Mr Copper and Mr Taylor,- for the benefit of their creditors, by a private deed, such deed to contain-a proviso that m case any land' transactions m which the debtors are interested should be completed within twelve months from this date^thetTiettlprofits, less ten per cent, shall be handed to the trustees for distribution among -tne creditors. This was carried unanimous-
