A rather nice point oE law was raised at a meeting of creditors m Wairarapa. The Bankruptcy Act requires a debtor to issue uotioes to all his creditors and to make affidavit that he has done so. In this case the debtor's solicitor complied with the form, bat failed to set forch that he was the deb - tor's solicitor. An advantage would nave been taken of this iuformality and seizure made by a judgment creditor , but that the Amount .UYOlTtfd ftttß Small.
