lsl THLEGRAPH. I (UNITBD PRSSS ASSOCIATION.) DuKEijnr, July 28. In the Police Court John Wheels was chargedwith making a disturbance at 1.80 a.m,,.by gindng Salvation Army hymns and parodies, and generally behaving m a disorderly manner.' The Bench were of opinion, that an offence had been committed. It was not to be supposed that eighteen or twenty young men could parade the town between one aud two o'clock m the morning singing, even though the tunes might be hymns, so as a3 to create a disturbance. It was not a serious offence, and defendant would be fined ten shillings or forsy»eight hours' imprisonment. •
