■ ♦ A WOMAN BURNT TO DEATH. (BY TELEGRAPH. ) PBESS A SSOGIATICN.T Naseby, August 13. A dwelllhgtihouse, occupied '- by ' Mrs C ckroft and two of a fatoily; was totally destroyed by tire oh Saturday night. It appears that the mother had' retired : to bed first, and before the others were as'eep they were al armed by seeing flames proceeding from the bedroom; They made an effort to rouse their mother, but were unsuccessful, the flames gain« mg possession of the dwelling place Very quickly; The children were got out safely. But all exertions to save the unfortunate woman were 'unsuccessful. Her body was found m bed tearfully burnt and disfigured.
