At the Legislative Council's evening Bitting the payment of expenses of members bill was thrown out on the voices. The following v bills were read- a third time and passed. The West Coast - Ifeace Preservation Continuance Bill, Crown and Native Lands Rating Act Amendment Bill, Electric Telegraph Act Acaendtnenb Bill, Road Boards Act' Amendment Bill, Adulteration Prevention Act Amendment Bill, Counties Act Amendment Bill. The following Bills were read a second time. Property Assessment Act Amendment, Rating Act Amendment, Industrial Societies, Caversham Improvement, Distiidt railways Act Amendment, and Town Districts Act Amendment. The Council rose at 10 55.
