They include diplomas of honor to the King of Holland and the Prince, of Wales, an extra class award to Sir Saul Samuel, and ordinary diplomas to the Governments of New South Wales and Western Australia. The frozen Australian mutton ex Cuzco has- realised bgi p°r lb, and the New Zealand mutton by the Opawa, from the Bluff, 6£d. The recent Act cancelling seventyfive millions of National debt, and exchanging it for annuities, is being put m force. * The Special Resident Magistracy m Ireland is being abolished. French operations m Tonquin have been suspended, awaiting reinforcement**. Colonels Richot and Badens supersede Colonel Bon It.
