It is the intention of the Promoters to ereot the first factory of the Company on a site to be ob" tamed between Longburn and Karere. n If the Company can purchase milk at 3fd per gallon deliverable at the Factory, the Promoters propose, after the payment of the working expenses and a yearly dividend of 10 per cent on the paid up Capital, to pay persons having supplied the Factory with milk at the above price, an extra halfpenny per gallen-for every gallon of milk supplied during the year. Having m view the undoubted success of factories of this nature m other parts of the Colony, and being assured of a large measure of support for this undertaking, the Promoters confidently appeal to the settlers for their cordial co-operation m establishing this important and valuable industry m their midst. _ . - N.
