Marsh's Ashurst coach came to grief this afternoon through the horses bolting when standing at Milverton's shop m Main-street. The vehicle capsized, causinjury to the upper part, but no further damage resulted. The conveyance had not long before been done up for the holiday season,; Messrs Stevens and Gorton's stock sale at Bulls will take place on Tuesday, and at Awahuri oa Friday next. Both sales have already numerous catalogues. There are thirteen savings banks at pre* sent m Victoria, and 70,000 people have a little more than a million and threequarters sterling lying at interest m them. There are 11,000 more depositors this year than last. There was a very recherche display of seasonable drapery at Mr D.
