(U^TIT^DPEESa ASSOCIATION.) ■; 1 Wellington, January 5. At the • Magistrates' Court to day Kate Boyje, on a, charge of wilfully murdering her- infant female jobild was committed for 'trial. In answer to the question if she had anything ,to say, she replied, tv l did not kill i: tlr& child." Evidence adduced was similar to that at the inquest on 17tlr ult.' Thequestion of allowing bail was deferred. The ticcused is m a delicate ytate of J health.
