The schooner Flora, which. arrhW'at Earotoiiga four days after the gale, and had encountered it, reported that the glass had fallento 27*20, and that at tlie time of the height' of the huriicane the cre# were obliged to cut holes m the bulwarks of the vessel, to allow th,e seas which .were constantly flooding the decks to escape.
