Mr Travel has' been 1 appointed solicitor to th> Official Assignee, bwt the deputy Qwill jidminate his own local lawyer. Intending banki-upts should bear m mind thai 'the; new Act imposes ;aidonble set q£law charges, and that a man who takes the benefit of ihe Act will 'henceforth be-bled m Wellington aa veil as m Waug^nui.
