Messrs Barns and Higgie's Stock Sale ReportPrices generally remain about the same as last quotations, but sheep show a slight deolino m price. Cattle. — Fat bullocks realised L 6 to L 7; iat cows, L4to hi 10s ; 2£-year steers, L 3 2s ; yearling 1 steers, 3Qs \ yearling heifers, 20s; good forward cows, 60s. Sheep. — Fat wethers, 10s to 10s 6d ; fat sheep, mixed, 13s ; fat ewes, 9s 6d ; store ewes, 7s 6d; we sold 400 lambs m one lot at 4s Id, and a few butcher's iambs at 6b. Pigs. — There is a demand for good porkers. Houses. — Aj3 usual very dull. A few light hacks were placed at low figures.
