The Tologa Land Court.
Gisbornf, April 3. The Tologa Land Court lias suddenly stopped, and has adjourned to May 7 through some legal questions arising! Judge Brookfield is ' consulting with the legal profession' lrere,and is drawing up a case embracing all points to argue before the Supreme Court m Wellington. The main point is whether or nob Europeans can be allocated interests they htive previously, purchased. It is thought; probable fresh legislation will be required to meet some of the points arising. :; j
