Fatal Accident.
Dunkdin, April 9. John Rekl, m the employ of Findlay, timber merchant, while measuring timber being landed from the barque Enterprise, at Port Chalmers wharf, was struck by a piece of black pine, 14 feet long, fracturing his skull. Deceased was 50 years of age and unmarried.
