NEW BISHOP OF RIPON.
LrNDON, May 18. Canon W. B. Carpenter, of Windsor, and Honorary Chaplain to her Majesty the Queen has been, appointed to the See of Ripon, vacated by the death of the Rev Dr Bickersteth.
