THE DYAMITE POLICY.
Diabolical Outrages. BUILDINGS SHATTERED AND THE OCCUPANTS SERIOUSLY INJURED. CONSTERNATION IN LONDON. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. — COPYRIGHT.) London, May 30. A serious dynamite outrage was perpetrated this evening at St. James's Square, Pall Mall. Three, separate explosions occurred almost simultaneously on different sides of the Squaie. Later. Another outrage was committed at a late hour this evening at Great Scotland Yard, Whitehall, where a violent explosion of dynamite took place causing serious damage to buildings, and injuries to several persons. Several other severe explosions have also taken place, and some have been frustrated m time. There is no clue to the perpetrators. News of the occurrences has caused great consternation throughout the metropolis.
