Already many clients have been making inquiries, and the firm anticipate a considerable demand ior land m Manawatu by residents of India. They are now prepared to receive, for transmission to their brauch office m India, full particulars of farms and rural properties, m these districts, improved or otherwise, of which the owners wish to dispose. They have reason to believe that with the special advantages of soil, climate, and geographical position which Manawatu offers, that many transactions advantageous to the vendors end the district will be effected. Ths firm will exert themselves to the utmost m the interests of the vendors or agents, amd will be sati.sfied with a reasonable commission. They trust this effort to introduce a new and desirable class of settlers will be appreciated, and they give their assurance . that no effort shall be wanting 1 on their part to secure the best value obtainable for ; their clients.
