Already many clients have been making inquiries, and the firm anticipate a considerable demand for land m Manawatu by residents of India. They are now prepared to receive, for transmission to their branch office m India, full particulars of farms and rural properties m these districts, improved or otherwise, of which the owners wish to dispose. They have reason to believe that with .the special advantages of soil, climate, and geographical position which Manawatu offers, that many transactions advantageous lo the vendors end the district will be effected.
