The advantages of road, rail, and sea carriage at the factory gates, tU close proximity of population, and the impossibility of interfering with or injuring other properties, are certainly of the greatest consequence. From the fact that negotiations are already m oourse of completion for appointing a thoroughly practical Manager, and that plans and specifications for erection of works will be promptly proceeded with, it will be understood that the Directors intend to proceed vigorously with the undertaking.
