MORE ADHERENTS OF MAHDI. SEVERAL TOWNS CAPTURED. (electbio telegbaph.—copybighl) (skitter's tklegbams.) London, July 81. The Daily News'm its issue of this morning, publishes a telegram stating that a serious rising has occurred in the South West Province of Zamen, on the Red Sea, coast of Arabia. The Arab insurgents have declared themselves followers of Mabdi and mustered in great force. Sava, the capital of the Province, has yielded to them and they havealso captured several towns and villages.. The Government of the Provincefound himself entirely unable to cope with the insurgents. , The Porte has despatched a force of 10,000 troops to restore order.
