A Nihilist outrage has been re- . ported from Kazan, a town situated on the. river Kasanka, 450 miles l east of Moscow. One of the magazines situated a short distance from the town was exploded, killing 100 persons. Five officers m the employ of the Government of Kasari " were also killed. j
