No Eutry will be received for any Racts except upon this coudition,— That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying- out of this^ Programme shall be final.'. All persons intending to withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk ol the Scalts one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing \ to \ comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Hace Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules.
