Government would explain as to the other bills on the Order Paper at a future day. \ MIDDLE ISLAND BAILWAY. ( Mr Wakefield resumed tbe debate oil tho second reading of the East and West Coast (Middle Island') and Nelson Railway Bill. After a long debate the second reading was carried by 39 to 12.
