London, May 6. Consols are quoted at 98£ . New Zealand securities — 5 per cent. 10-40 loan, 102$, ex div ; 4£ per c-nt. 1879-1904 loan, 101 ; 4 per cent, inscribed stock, 93£. The market rate of discount remains at 2, bank rate 3£ per cent. Colonial breadstuffs are unchanged.
